Built of wood by Percy and Small, Bath for their own use. She was rigged as a six-masted schooner, and was the second such vessel to be built.
- 29 June 1901
Collided with the only other existing six-masted schooner, George W. Wells off Cape Cod. Neither one was seriously damaged. Both were towed to the Percy and Small yard in Bath for repairs.
- 26 December 1919
Sunk at sea.
